This is negative evidence: the board complete rule chapter list (Ch. 1 to 15, 21, plus NLC rules) contains no continuing education chapter, and neither the license FAQ nor the renewal page mentions CE. Renewal is on or before the birthday; the first license runs 1 to 2 years.
