1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using After the Shift™ (the "Platform"), operated by Dream Care Solutions LLC ("Dream Care Solutions," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility & Membership

After the Shift™ is intended for healthcare professionals aged 18 and older. Membership accounts are created through dreamcaresolutionsllc.com. Free membership provides read-only access to Professional Reflections and Perspectives. Basic and Premium membership provide full participation in the Platform, including publishing content, Educational Recognition, and Professional Connections. Premium membership additionally includes discounts on Dream Care Solutions consulting services and other offerings.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.

4. Member Content

You retain ownership of the content you publish on the Platform, including Professional Reflections, Perspectives, and Community discussion posts. By publishing content, you grant Dream Care Solutions a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and use that content within the Platform for the purposes of operating and promoting After the Shift™.

You agree not to publish content that violates patient privacy, discloses confidential employer information, infringes on the rights of others, or otherwise violates applicable law or professional standards.

5. Community Standards & Moderation

Members are expected to engage professionally, respectfully, and with integrity. We reserve the right to review, moderate, or remove content, and to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, our community standards, or applicable law. Members may report content for review through the Platform's reporting tools.

6. Educational Recognition & Professional Pathways

Educational Recognition, Mentor Recognition Pathway levels, and Contribution Milestones reflect participation and engagement within the Platform. They are not professional certifications, academic credentials, or endorsements of clinical competency, and should not be represented as such outside the Platform.

7. Not Professional Advice

Content on After the Shift™, including Professional Reflections, Perspectives, Learning resources, and Growth tools, is provided for educational and professional-development purposes only. It does not constitute clinical, legal, financial, or career advice, and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional judgment, licensure requirements, employer policy, or individualized guidance. Members seeking personalized career strategy or consulting support may explore Dream Care Solutions consulting services separately.

8. Third-Party Content & Links

The Platform's Learning section may surface content from third-party sources, including PubMed, Apple Podcasts, YouTube, and MedlinePlus. Dream Care Solutions does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for third-party content, and members should evaluate external sources using their own professional judgment.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Dream Care Solutions does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, particularly during the current beta phase.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dream Care Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including reliance on any content shared by other members.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Platform and request account deletion at any time.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, particularly as features evolve during and after the beta period. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
