Dream Care Solutions LLC ("Dream Care Solutions," "we," "us," or "our") operates After the Shift™ (the "Platform"), an educational community for healthcare professionals. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. After the Shift™ is currently operating in a beta testing phase, and this policy applies to beta members as well as future general members.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, professional role, specialty, location, education and licensure history, career history, professional goals, and any content you choose to publish, such as Professional Reflections, Perspectives, Community discussion posts, and profile information.

We also collect information automatically, including account activity, pages visited within the Platform, membership tier, and feedback you submit through our in-platform feedback tool.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to operate and improve the Platform, including to create and maintain your DCS Career Portfolio™, enable Community features and Professional Connections, provide customer support, respond to feedback, moderate content, and communicate with you about your account or the Platform.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Content You Share

Professional Reflections, Perspectives, and Community discussion content you choose to publish may be visible to other members depending on your privacy settings. Portfolio information is private by default and only becomes visible to other members if you enable the relevant visibility setting or star specific entries for your public portfolio view. You are responsible for ensuring that anything you share does not include protected health information, patient-identifying details, or confidential employer information.

5. Third-Party Services

After the Shift™ uses third-party service providers to operate the Platform, including Supabase for authentication and data storage, and Vercel for hosting. Our Learning section may pull search results from external, publicly available sources such as PubMed, Apple Podcasts, YouTube, and MedlinePlus; these searches are not associated with your personal account information when submitted to those services.

Membership account creation and payment processing for Basic and Premium tiers is handled through dreamcaresolutionsllc.com, which has its own privacy practices.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted authentication and access controls. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Choices

You can review and adjust your privacy and portfolio visibility settings at any time within your account. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us using the information below.

8. Children's Privacy

After the Shift™ is intended for healthcare professionals and is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
